Margaret Mary Health (Batesville, Ind.) is building a replacement hospital in Batesville as part of a campus expansion project, according to the website insideindianabusiness.com.
The $115 million, 124,000-square-foot hospital represents the first phase of the expansion and will be located adjacent to the existing Margaret Mary Physician Center and Margaret Mary Outpatient and Cancer Center.
The project team includes architect GBBN (Cincinnati), general contractor Bruns-Gutzwiller (Batesville), and construction manager Danis (Cincinnati).
Construction is slated to begin in spring 2024 and take two years to complete.
