Highland Bridge Medical Office Project Under Development In Minnesota

A new medical office building (MOB) is being planned as part of Highland Bridge, a 122-acre, mixed-use master development, in Saint Paul, Minn.

The two-story, 60,000-square-foot Highland Bridge Medical Office will include a 26,000-square-foot M Health Fairview clinic for family, women, and pediatric primary care services on the second floor with a pharmacy on the first floor. M Health Fairview Rehabilitation Services, which offers physical therapy and sports medicine, will also be part of the new space. The remaining 16,200 square feet is available for other medical tenants.

Ryan Companies US Inc. (Minneapolis) is developing, designing, and building the project, which is slated to break ground in early December and be completed in spring 2023.
