Design firm Cuningham has announced new appointments, including two in the healthcare sector, as part of an internal restructuring.
Mark Tiscornia has been named principal and executive director of the Heal studio (Phoenix), which designs healthy communities through research, innovation, and experience-based solutions. Tiscornia has led healthcare design projects for clients including Banner Health, Valleywise Health, and HonorHealth.
Christy Cavataio, principal, president, and chief operating officer (COO), has been named to the firm’s new leadership council. Cavataio joined Cuningham in 2020 as president and COO and provides operational oversight for the design practice.
The firm, previously named Cuningham Group, has updated its name to Cuningham.
