UW Health (Madison, Wis.) is planning a six-story clinic next to its hospital in Madison, according to an article in Wisconsin State Journal.
The 350,000-square-foot UW Health American Center will house specialty services, such as cardiology, dermatology, oncology, and ophthalmology, as well as parking.
The $348 million project is slated to open in fall 2024.
HKS Architects (Dallas) will serve as the architecture and design firm on the project.
