Hunt Regional Healthcare (Greenville, Texas) has broken ground on an expansion at Hunt Regional Medical Center in Greenville.
The two-floor, 31,000-square-foot expansion will house Hunt Regional’s women’s and surgical services and include 21 new patient rooms. The project will also increase the number of operating rooms at the medical center from five to eight, with space for two more to address future demand, as well as double endoscopy procedure space and expand recovery rooms and service support areas.
Upon completion of the expansion, the medical center plans to renovate the existing surgical and obstetrics units.
The project team includes Jacobs Project Management Co. (architect; Dallas) and Robins & Morton (general contractor; Dallas).
