Holland Hospital (Holland, Mich.) broke ground on the new Holland Hospital Medical Building in Saugatuck, Mich.
The 16,940-square-foot facility will house primary care, a lab, and rehabilitation services. It will also include expanded radiology services, expedited lab services, and space for exercise and recovery for physical therapy and rehabilitation.
Additional services will include endocrinology, gastroenterology, general surgery, neurology, rheumatology, and urology.
The new medical office building is slated to open in spring 2024.
The project team comprises Matthei & Colin Associates (architect; Chicago), Driesenga Associates (civil engineer; Holland), IMEG (engineer; Rock Island, Ill.), and T2 Construction (construction; Holland).
