Nonprofit healthcare system Allina Health (Minneapolis), MNGI Digestive Health (Minneapolis), and national healthcare real estate firm Davis (Minneapolis) are planning a multispecialty clinic and surgery center in Lakeville, Minn.
The 100,500-square-foot Lakeville Health building will include a multispecialty medical center with more than 20 Allina Health specialties, including orthopedics, oncology, women’s health, and cardiology, and a new ambulatory surgery center with four operating rooms.
MNGI Digestive Health will operate a new clinic and endoscopy center as part of the center.
The architect for the project is Synergy Architectural Studio (Minneapolis) and the general contractor is Timco Construction Inc. (Plymouth, Minn.).
Lakeville Health is scheduled to open in fall 2023.
