HCA Healthcare Inc. (Nashville, Tenn.) announced plans to build three new acute care hospitals in Florida.
The projects include a 90-bed facility in Gainesville, Fla., a 60-bed hospital in The Villages, Fla., and a 100-bed facility in Fort Myers, Fla.
Construction is scheduled to begin in 2022.
HCA Healthcare operates 47 hospitals in Florida.
