SCL Health (Broomfield, Colo.) is partnering with national healthcare real estate developer NexCore Group (Denver) to develop the Clear Creek Crossing Medical Office Building (MOB) as part of the new 28-acre Lutheran Medical Campus, which is under construction in Wheat Ridge, Colo.
The five-story, 130,000-square-foot replacement facility will house outpatient clinics and services, including an ambulatory surgery clinic. The MOB project is expected to break ground in late 2022, with tenants moving in by early 2024 in conjunction with the hospital opening.
The new Lutheran Medical Campus broke ground in June and is part of a 100-acre, mixed-use development in Wheat Ridge, which will also include retail, entertainment, hotel, and multifamily residential elements.
