Providence St. Joseph Hospital (Orange, Calif.) broke ground on the new Helen Caloggero Women’s and Family Center in Orange, according to an article in The Orange County Register.
The four-story, 137,000-square-foot project will consolidate mother and baby services—currently offered at nine different locations around the hospital—into one central location. Numerous health resources for women, including pelvic health and rehab services, assessments for mothers and their babies, mental health services and a pharmacy, will be offered.
The facility is slated to open in fall 2023.
