Healthcare real estate developer NexCore Group (Denver) and Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI; Englewood, Colo.) broke ground on CHI Health Clinic Yankee Hill, in Lincoln, Neb.
Situated on 4.52 acres, the one-story, 34,668-square-foot project will offer primary care, physical therapy, behavioral health, and specialty care services, as well as imaging, a laboratory, and a retail pharmacy.
The project team includes Leo A. Daly (architect; Omaha, Neb.) and McCarthy Building Companies Inc. (general contractor; St. Louis).
It is scheduled to be completed in summer 2022.
