Davis, a Minneapolis-based development, property management, broker, investment, and consultancy firm, is planning a new medical office building (MOB) in Maple Grove, Minn.
The 44,000-square-foot, two-story Maple Grove Specialty Center will occupy 4.2 acres on a 8.13-acre site and is expected to be completed by August 2022.
MNGI Digestive Health (Minneapolis) will be one of the tenants and will occupy 22,000 square feet on the second floor.
The project team includes Synergy Architecture Studio (architect; Minneapolis) and Timco Construction Inc. (general contractor; Plymouth, Minn.).
