Northern Light Health (Brewer, Maine) is planning replacement hospitals for Northern Light Blue Hill Hospital (Blue Hill, Maine) and Northern Light CA Dean Hospital (Greenville, Maine), according to an article in wabitv.com.
The new facilities will be situated on the existing hospital campuses and will include all-private patient rooms, 24/7 full-service emergency departments (EDs), and lab and imaging services. The CA Dean Hospital will also include a helipad, ambulance garage, and dormitory.
Groundbreaking for both facilities is expected to start in spring 2022.
