Reunion Rehabilitation Hospital recently topped out its new 51,000-square-foot inpatient rehabilitation hospital in in Phoenix.
Forty-eight private patient rooms and two therapy gyms with outdoor therapy areas are planned for the three-story project. The facility will treat patients with debilitating illnesses and injuries such as stroke and brain injury, as well as other complex medical, neurological, and orthopedic debilitating conditions. Nobis Rehabilitation Partners (Allen, Texas) will manage the hospital operations.
The project team includes Callaway Architecture (designer; Richardson, Texas), Adolfson & Peterson Construction (construction manager and general contractor; Phoenix), and American Development and Investment (developer; Dallas).
The project will open in late third quarter 2021.
