Pearl Mini-IVF (San Diego, Calif.) has converted a former bank suite into a new fertility clinic in San Diego.
The $2 million conversion of the 4,700 square-foot suite includes 1,000 square feet of embryology and andrology lab space and a procedure room for specialized in-vitro fertilization services. Additional upgrades included a new front entry and reception area, consultation and exam rooms, offices, and restrooms.
The project team included Ware Malcomb (architect; Irvine, Calif.), Pacific Building Group (general contractor; San Diego), and Lawson Mechanical (construction manager; Sacramento, Calif.).
