Jersey Shore University Medical Center (Neptune, N.J.) has opened a new cardiac catheterization laboratory in Neptune.
The lab houses a new image-guided system for cardiovascular and electrophysiology, diagnostic, and interventional procedures.
The project is part of phase one of a $45 million-plus cardiovascular expansion that includes a new cardiovascular-dedicated suite and a technological upgrade of eight cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology labs. The expansion is slated for completion in July 2023
