Frantz EyeCare (Fort Myers, Fla.) has started construction of a new 60,000-square-foot corporate headquarters in Fort Myers to include a surgery center with four operating rooms (ORs), a laser vision correction suite, cosmetic center treatment rooms, eye examination pods, and retail area.
The two-story building will also house administrative offices and space for lease and is slated for completion in winter 2022.
The project team includes Gordon & Associates Architect LLC (architect; Mount Dora, Fla.), Southview Studios (architect: Fort Myers), Quattrone & Associates Inc. (civil engineer; Fort Myers), and Stevens Construction Inc. (general contractor; Fort Myers).
