Joint venture partners Vancouver Clinic (Vancouver, Wash.) and developer PMB (San Diego, Calif.) broke ground on a new clinic in Vancouver, Wash.
The $75 million, 80,225-square-foot project will include a new surgery center and advanced urgent care. The clinic also will offer orthopedics, pain management, physical therapy, podiatry, sports medicine, and other healthcare specialties.
The three-story facility is slated for completion in November 2022.
The project team includes ZGF Architects (architect; Portland, Ore.) and Andersen Construction (general contractor; Portland).
