Option Care Health Inc. (Bannockburn, Ill.), an independent provider of home and alternate site infusion services, has completed a new facility in Itasca, Ill.
Situated on 6.10-acres, the 50,000-square-foot, single-story facility houses ambulatory infusion suites, office space, a licensed compounding pharmacy, and support spaces.
McShane Construction Company (Rosemont, Ill.) delivered the building shell as well as the interior buildout. The facility features brick masonry with stone window and parapet wall accents, open offices, private/shared offices, conference rooms, and collaboration space for Option Care Health employees. A treatment area, showroom/presentation space, and a pharmacy lab area are also included.
Other project team members include Wright Heerema Architects (Chicago) and Whitney Architects (interior build-out; Chicago), Quadrangle Development Company (developer; Washington, D.C.), and Janko Group (developer; Riverwoods, Ill.).
