Rincon Neighborhood Hospital, a subsidiary of TMC HealthCare (Tucson, Ariz.), is being planned for the TMC Rincon Health Campus in Tucson, according to an article in kold.com.
The 150,000-square-foot hospital is the last part of a three-phase campus project, which began in 2017 with a 44,000-square-foot medical office building. Phase 2 will include an ambulatory surgery center that’s scheduled to open in late 2021.
The hospital is expected to be completed in 2023 and will include 60 medical/surgical, telemetry, and maternity beds and four operating rooms. Services will include cardiology, general medicine, general surgery, gynecology, obstetrics, neurology, orthopedics, respiratory, and urology.
