Twin Rivers Regional Medical Center in Kennett, Mo., will be demolished and replaced with a new 49-bed hospital, according to an article in Missourinet.
The original plan called for Twin Rivers to be renovated, however investment firm Main Street HealthVentures, a Billionaires Funding Group (Norcross, Ga.) affiliate, announced it would spend $25 million to build a new facility.
