General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital Breaks Ground On Replacement Project

Military hospital General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital (Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.) has broken ground on a $295 million replacement hospital in Fort Leonard Wood, according to an article in the Rolla Daily News

Situated on 52 acres, the 235,400-square-foot hospital will expand intensive care capacity and include a 193,000-square-foot clinic, a central utility plant, emergency back-up generators, five-bay ambulance garage, helipad, and supporting facilities.

Project team members include the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, JE Dunn Construction (construction; Kansas City, Mo.), and RLF Architects (architecture; Orlando, Fla.).
