Bay Mills Indian Community Plans Replacement Health Center In Michigan

Bay Mills Indian Community, a Native American reservation in Brimley, Mich., is planning to replace the Bay Mills Health Center in Brimley, Mich., with a new facility, according to an article in SooToday.com.

As part of the $6 million project, the 34,660-square-foot center will expand services to include optometry and chiropractic, as well as house preventative care, traditional medicine, medical, dental, mental healthcare, substance abuse treatment, and pharmacy services.

The project team includes architecture firm DSGW (Duluth, Minn.).
