Real estate developer Meridian (San Ramon, Calif.) has announced plans for a $10 million, 11,424-square-foot outpatient ambulatory clinic in Watsonville, Calif.
The project will be built adjacent to the Watsonville Community Hospital and the Watsonville Hospital ER and is expected to begin in April 2020, with completion slated for January 2021.
The facility will include up to 36 hemodialysis stations. The façade will feature a three-color stucco scheme, decorative steel canopies, and wood paneling.
Harriman Kinyon Architects (Walnut Creek, Calif.) is the architect and Kier & Wright (Livermore, Calif.) is the civil engineer.
